Entry Fee:

$175 - This entry fee includes entry into 3 Cambie NFL pools.

 1. Cambie   NFL Pick'em

 2. Cambie  NFL Survival  series, ( see home page for rules for this pool)

 3. Cambie  NFL Playoff.

NFL Pick'em Rules

Pick submission:

A member shall pick a team from every game played of the NFL Regular Season.

Members will be able to pick any games prior to the 1st NFL game played on Sunday. No pick changes will be accepted after the 1st game has started on Sunday.
Survival Series picks must be made before the 1st game of the week: some weeks the pick deadline is Thursday!

SPSN posts point spreads on a Wednesdays.

Registrations on the web, will be accepted until 10 am (Pacific Time), Sunday, September 13, 2009. Thursday game is available to members if you have registered your membership and submitted your pick prior to the game commencing.

Format:

Each week a prize (to be determined) will be won by the entry with the most wins for that week. For each correct pick, 1 point will be awarded. The overall winner is determined by adding up the weekly totals for all 17 weeks. In the event of a tie, the total prizes will be split evenly between the tied parties. In the case of a tie for the weekly prize, a total point score prediction is needed by each member for all Monday night games which will be used for the tie breaker to determine the weekly winner. If no points are received, a member will be given zero total points for the Monday Night game. The member with the closest total score that is UNDER the Total points for Monday Night game wins.

For example: Total score of game was 39. i) John has 38, Doug has 40 >> John wins. ii) Judy has 38, Bob has 38, Scott has 40 >> Judy and Bob split prize evenly.

No E-mail pick changes will be accepted

Auto picks cannot win a week

If any games are cancelled due to world crisis, natural disaster, etc, the game will NOT be included in that given week scores.

Auto Picks:

To avoid a “zero” score for the week for not submitting your picks on time, an Auto Pick has been created. If a member forgets to submit their picks, the Auto Pick will take care of your picks automatically. Please note: SPSN Administration has determined the HOME TEAM will be used for the Auto Pick format of this pool. This will be the same and in effect for all members.

Auto picks cannot win a week

Prizes:

Each of the 17 weeks: Cambie bucks

Overall pool: Cambie bucks - 1st thru 5th

Playoff pool: 1st and 2nd

All amounts to be determined after all enteries are in.

Other:

SPSN will not be responsible for any membership registrations which are lost, delayed, damaged, and not received properly on the web site or any other electronic means including the Internet. All entries become the property of SPSN and will not be returned.

SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool is open to all residents who are 18 years of age or older. Residents of all other jurisdictions are required to ensure participating in the SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool complies with their local law. The SPSN NFH Pick'em Pool is void where prohibited by law.

SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the NFL or any other organization. Player and team names and statistics are used for informational purposes only. Statistics supplied are from sources believed to be reliable.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and will be awarded only to the qualifying members(s) named on the entry form. Identification will be required and a skill-testing question must be correctly answered before any member is declared a winner. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the member. Chances of winning the SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool are dependent upon the skill used in picking winning teams. The SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. SPSN reserves the right to disqualify any member or to withdraw or amend the contest at any time in its absolute discretion in case of error, technical problem or any matter interfering with the conduct of the contest as contemplated by these rules.

The decisions made by SPSN are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment.

Sports Pool Software Network Inc ("SPSN") - Refund Policy

A Member may terminate their Membership Agreement by notifying SPSN in writing to refund@sportspool.net prior to the SPSN NFL Pick'em Pool commencing for the 2008-2009 season. Also, provided there is no outstanding financial obligation to SPSN. Refunds will be delivered by cheque or void credit card transaction within 30 business days of receiving written notice.
